Shipping

All prices on the website do not include shipping fees. TuCachet ships from our USA facilities, Monday through Friday (excludes US holidays). All orders ship through USPS.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment, or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. All shipping addresses are verified through US Postal Service.

All prices shown on the website are US dollars.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

Returns

All orders must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for full refund. Please contact us at tucachet18@gmail.com with your confirmation number. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. 

Damaged, used, or opened items are ineligible for return.
